Do you have an opening for my dog today? (or tomorrow or this week)

We can’t take any new clients at this time. We keep a waitlist of potential clients, if you’d like to be included click the “Waitlist” link above and fill out the form. The wait can be months long and depends on if/when we might lose a client in your area.

How much do you charge?

Prices depend on things like your dog’s size, coat type and condition, styling requirements, behavior, and in some areas there is a travel fee. Prices typically start at $100.

Can I schedule just a nail trim?

We only schedule full grooms. We don’t make appointments just for nail trims.

What area do you cover?

We work from Westport to Albion. There’s a list of our neighborhoods on the Waitlist form.

My dog just got skunked, what should I do?

The most effective way to remove most of the offensive odor is to use the following recipe:

• 1 Qt. Hydrogen Peroxide

• ½ Cup Baking Soda

• 1-2 Tb Dog Shampoo (don’t use dish washing detergent, it’s too harsh)

• Mix in a gallon of water

Don’t wet the dog first. Use the shampoo mixture directly on the sprayed areas. Unfortunately, most dogs get sprayed right in the face and obviously you need to be VERY careful not to let this mix get in your dog’s eyes. Try soaking a washcloth with the shampoo mixture to wipe the face thoroughly. Do the best you can and let it sit on the dog a good 10-15 minutes. Always, always condition afterwards. Most likely there will be a bit of a lingering odor but it will be much better.

No, we don’t have the equipment necessary to keep your pet safe and happy.
